To better assess your needs, Imperial Investment Realty Ltd. requires you to complete an investor questionnaire. This will help us match the investor with the appropriate investment.  Typically, there are three scenarios:


1. Become a partner

  • Provide the venture capital and/or mortgage
  • Be on title of the property
  • 50/50 share on all profits and costs
  • 50/50 share on equity appreciation after initial investment is paid back to the investor

2. Cash or R.R.S.P mortgage investment

  • R.R.S.P is secured against a quality piece of Alberta Real Estate.
  • Receive up to (15%) per year for a five year fixed term.
  • Investment will be secured on title as 2nd position.
  • R.R.S.P investment

3. Provide mortgage

  • Apply for mortgage at financial institution.
  • Investor will receive 25% of net profit.
  • No cash investment making your R.O.I  infinite.
